Why Should Health Matter to Indiepreneurs?

Although it is possible to make a full-time income, working part-time (as I explain here) there are times – particularly if you are a solo entrepreneur – where you will need to burn the midnight oil. If you speak to anyone who’s really made it big, you’ll hear about the sixteen hour days they put in on occasion to get there faster.

Whilst it is commendable to work hard, a lack of sleep, and rushed – or missed – meals can take their toll on your body and mind.

To be truly effective, it is imperative to take an holistic view of your life. In other words, look at all the parts. You wouldn’t expect a car to go well just because its windows were really clean. Just having a clue in one area won’t do it. Buying all the latest gadgets won’t make YOU a superhero. You need to take care of your own machinery too. That means paying attention to what you eat, how much you move, and how toxic your environment is.

I’ve lived largely organic for the last couple of decades (I’m in my 40s) and I have now extended that to what I put ON my body too. The largest organ your body has is its skin, and what you put on your body ends up in your body.

If you’re interested in organic living, this is what I use. You can get wholesale pricing if you click ‘join’ and scroll down. Costs $25.95 to get wholesale pricing for life, or there are below wholesale packages you can buy. If, however, you like the idea of starting your own organic business, just send me a message, or book a strategy session, and we’ll chat.
